The Lumberyard Arts Center will feature:
The 'EM & M Show' - Works in Pencil
Two and three dimensional works, from landscapes to portraits, demonstrate a shared love of drawing by artist, poet and teacher, Melinda Hipple and her award-winning student, eleven year old Emily Dixson.
An opening reception will be held Friday, July 16 from 7 to 9 pm, during the Baldwin Community Arts Council's July Art Walk, Community Band Concert and Ice Cream Social. Afterwards, the Gallery will be open for this exhibit through Wednesday, August 11 on Tuesdays through Fridays from 1 to 4 pm and Saturdays from 9 am to noon, at the Lumberyard Arts Center, 718 High Street, Baldwin City. Admission is free and the public is invited.
