Learn how to attract birds to your backyard with Roger Boyd.  Roger Boyd grew up in Baldwin City, graduated with a degree in biology from Baker University, a Masters of Science from  Emporia State University, and a Ph.D. in Zoology from Colorado State University. He returned to Baker University to teach biology, following in his father's footsteps.  Roger taught a variety of courses over his 42 years at Baker including Botany, Wildlife Ecology, and Dendrology.  Roger was instrumental in naming the Ivan Boyd Arboretum and has planted more than half the trees on campus. He was also involved in the expansion and development of the Baker Wetlands.  He retired as Professor Emeritus in Biology at Baker University.
