Haunted Humanities - Open to the Public

  • Darby Hope Theatre 415 Eisenhower Street Baldwin City, KS, 66006 United States (map)

In celebration of the Halloween season, BU Theatre’s next offering will bring a collaboration between Baker Theatre and the Baker Department of Humanities. Providing appropriately spooky material for what has been lovingly coined as a “Science Fair, but for Humanities”, select Baker students will present classic macabre literature for Haunted Humanities. On Oct. 30, selected Baker theatre students will perform monologues and/or scenes from the classic horror cannon of Poe, Shelley, Stoker and Irving in the Collins Library as part of the celebration. On November 1st, in Darby Hope Theatre, they will perform an encore presentation, open to the public. The perfect way to cap off your Halloween Season!
