The Light Center invites teachers to take a much deserved “Recess for Teachers” at an all-day healing retreat. Spend a restful day of renewal in the countryside. You will gain tools to manage stress, renew your weary heart, experience healing therapies such as gentle yoga, massage, energy healing for deep relaxation or reflexology and enjoy a nutritious, comforting meal. FREE to teachers & school staff.
