Wanting to know more how the body works? Bring greater awareness to the physical body? Our Experiential Anatomy playshops will offer education on the basic anatomy and physiology of speciic areas of the body and their application to yoga. As well as, how these areas are affected by our daily life activities and common physical patterns that can cause pain and/or injury.
