Santa Fe Trail Historical Society invites you to a special viewing of Santa Fe Trail 200th  Timeline Exhibit with guest speaker Larry Short, President Santa Fe Trail Association! Refreshments provided.

The Timeline Exhibit was created in 2021 as part of the commemoration of the 200th anniversary of the opening of the Santa Fe Trail.  It features over 150 significant places, people, and events relevant to the Trail.  The time period covered begins with the arrival of the Spanish colonists in New Mexico in 1598 and ends with the creation of our new walking trail at Black Jack Ruts in 2021.  The timeline is 8 feet tall and 20 feet long.  It will be displayed at the Lumberyard Arts Center here in Baldwin from June 2 – 14.
