Our Members
Any person, firm association, corporation, partnership or estate in good standing located or doing business in Baldwin City or vicinity, interested in the civic, commercial, industrial and agricultural interests of Baldwin City and vicinity shall be eligible for membership.
Membership Dues
Membership in the organization shall be as follows:
- Business Membership $125 annual dues for businesses with 5 or fewer (full time equivalent) FTE employees; $190 annual dues for businesses with 6 or more FTE employees. Each membership allows for one owner/representative.
- Associate Membership: anyone that wishes to join along with a business membership. Annual dues are $35
- Individual Membership: Annual dues are $60
- Non-Profit Membership: Annual dues are $60
Membership defined:
- A business membership is available to any person, firm, organization, or association engaged in any profession, or furnishing any service, and to such classifications engaged in buying, selling, processing, manufacturing, and distributing goods, wares, and merchandise of any or character. Such membership shall be entitled to one selected individual representative in the Chamber of Commerce, except designated membership as hereafter provided.
- An associate membership is available to ant individual of good reputation who is an officer, executive or employee of any person, firm, organization, or association holding a business membership who is a designated member by his/her employer; such employer may designate one member for each associate membership purchased.
- An individual membership is available to any individual of good reputation, not usually engaged in his own business or enterprise, but who ordinarily earns a livelihood as a salaried employee for another individual, firm, organization, or association, or one who is employed by any branch of the local, state, or federal government, or persons who may be retired or persons who have independent incomes.
